What Is Diabetes

This could be quite a complex subject to talk about but before talking about how it can be cured with natural remedies we have to understand well what diabetes is and what it does to the body.

In simple words,  Diabetes happens when  liver and pancreas do not work as they should and in doing so the body is incapable of producing and/or handling properly Insulin.

Insulin is a hormone naturally produced by the body, in the Pancreas, and it has the function to help the body to use the Glucose (sugar) that is generated by the carbohydrates in the foods you eat., either to create energy immediately or to be stored for future use.

The task of Insulin is to control the blood sugar  keeping it from getting too low or too high. When this mechanism fails, for various reasons, the Diabetes disease results. In other words,  Insulin serves as a “key” to open your cells, to allow the glucose to enter — and allow you to use the glucose for energy. Without insulin, there is no “key.”   So, the sugar stays — and builds up– in the blood. The result: the body’s cells starve from the lack of glucose.

And, if left untreated, the high level of “blood sugar” can damage eyes, kidneys, nerves, and the heart, and can also lead to coma and death.

Glucose is the primary source of energy of the body. When you intake carbohydrates (sugars, grains, starchy vegetables, fruits and dairy products) glucose is formed in your body, in the liver,  and released into the blood stream and the Pancreas is supposed to generate Insulin just to regulate the concentration of this Glucose.

Types Of Diabetes

There are two types of Diabetes and a related condition called “Insulin Resistance”:

  •  Type 1 Diabetes  is the most severe type of diabetes. Also called Juvenile Diabetes, because  it hits prevalently young persons but it can develop at any age. The autoimmune system attacks part of its own pancreas (we not sure why) because mistakenly it sees the insulin-producing cells of the pancreas as foreign bodies, and destroys them therefore the Pancreas cannot produce enough Insulin to regulates the blood sugar level.

It is now believed that it is inherited BUT it occurs ONLY in combination with certain ENVIRONMENTALcow milk EXPOSURES LIKE: consumption of cow’s milk, intake of MSG (monosodium glutamate, and contact with certain viruses or VACCINES, yes, vaccines. Thus far the worst vaccines have been for Tetanus, Hepatite B, MMR, and DPT.

The most important vitamin to intake to fight Type-1 Diabetes is Vitamin D3, which is missing in Diabetics and in all people affected by autoimmune disease.

  • Unlike people with type 1 Diabetes, in people with type 2 Diabetes , the pancreas can still produce insulin but not enough  therefore the body tries and compensate for the low supply of insulin forcing itself to produce more of it. This causes the cells receptors to close becoming resistant to insulin  (a process is called insulin resistance), and the excess unused insulin builds up in the arteries, sticking to their walls and causing their obstruction.

On the other side, in the pancreas, the harder the insulin-producing cells have to work, the sooner they become exhausted and stop making insulin altogether.

The liver gets into this picture too because it is the organ which transforms the carbohydrates you intake into Glucose.

So in both types of Diabetes,  the result is excessive levels of sugars in the blood

What are the signs of Diabetes? These classic symptoms can be noticed when Dianetes is installed in the body:

  • Increased thirst
  • Frequent need to urinate
  • Blurred vision
  • Tingling or pain in the hands, feet or legs

Probiotics And Prebiotics. Help For Your Guts

This impaired response of the cells to Insulin is linked to long-term inflammation in the body caused by certain bacteria. Diabetics suffer of a overgrowth of bad bacteria in their colons, a disease called DYSBIOSIS.

You have to take a good brand of Probiotics  (good bacteria -to increase the good bacteria population that’s already in your stomach)  supplement. Good probiotics have  no binder and fillers, and their ingredients are uncooked,  untreated, and unadulterated. And also should contain vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants, and Prebiotics

Prebiotic is a specialized plant fiber that nourishes the probiotics in your colon. So, while probiotics introduce good bacteria into the gut, prebiotics act as a nutrient for the good bacteria that’s already there. They help your good bacteria grow, improving the good-to-bad bacteria ratio.

Take probiotics  everyday with your meals.

A New Cause of Diabetes On The Horizon?

Some new research,  which included data from 25 peer-reviewed studies conducted in North America, Europe and Pacific Asia, shows there’s another deadly culprit besides sugar contributing to this epidemic.

Besides causing serious effects on the nervous system, hormone-related cancers, and allergies, just to name a few, some new research shows there’s another deadly culprit besides sugar contributing to this epidemic: Pesticidespesticides

The researchers in the study found that exposure to any type of pesticide can increase diabetes risk by as much as 75 percent. The pesticides most strongly associated with developing type 2 diabetes were DDE and DDT.

In spite of having been banned worldwide -in some cases for decades, these toxic chemicals seem to be going to persist in the environment forever. Because pesticides, toghether with other organic pollutants, including  PCBs, and organochlorines, are resistant to biodegradation which is why they’re present almost everywhere in the environment.

What makes things worse is that when a pesticide begins to break down, it forms new chemicals that may actually be more toxic than the original chemical.

And after years of exposure through eating pesticide-laden foods, drinking contaminated water, and being exposed to plastics and other man-made materials, these toxins gradually build up in our fat cells setting off with with the disruption of your endocrine system then promote fat storage in the liver, pancreas, and muscles. In turn, this results in insulin resistance and a range of health problems, including type 2 diabetes.

This new research found that exposure to any pesticide significantly increases your risk of diabetes. Now think that besides being exposed to a few pesticides, we in the western world are exposed to more than 500 plus toxins per day.

How To Defend  Against Pesticide Cause Diabetes

All you can do to defend yourself by this new threat to your health that promotes diabetes disease you should:pesticide spraying

  • Avoid using bug sprays and weed killers in your own home and yard
  • Adopt a good water filter (Reverse Osmosis type).
  • Buy only organic, locally grown produce whenever you can.
  • Detox regularly twice a year (in the following posts you will find the advised “organ cleanses” which are cheap, natural, safe and effective

Because Diabetes affects our blood vessels, it can affect every organ of the body: heart, eyes, kidneys, nerves.  So Diabetes becomes a Multipier of Health Risks

Diabetes triggers rampant atherosclerosis, hypertension and heart failure. Compared to people without diabetes, diabetic are:

  • Four times more likely to have a heart attack.
  • Twice as likely to have a stroke.
  • Five times more likely to suffer erectile dysfunctions . FOR YOU MEN, IF YOU SUFFER FOR ERECTILE PROBLEMS, the solution of your problems is likely to be in a Natural Health Cure for Diabetes or for Heart Disease, not in aphrodisiacs.

The majority of prediabetes (insuline resitance) and Type 2 Diabetes can be cured and prevented by following a proper diet with proper nutritional supplements.

Against Diabetes we need Natural Health Cures because the available medicines only make the disease a chronic condition and cause further health problems.

Until next time.
